A bioblitz is a survey of all the species observed over a short period of time, to study the biodiversity of a given area. This year, Nature NB and its partners created guides to help New Brunswick teachers take primary, middle and high-school students through the stages of a bioblitz, so they can observe, record and study all the living species in their own neighbourhoods and schoolyards.
Three guides were produced in English and French, each geared to New Brunswick curriculum for specific grades.
